We offer a 100-day, action-based refund guarantee from the date of purchase.
Refunds are available only to customers who have genuinely participated in the program and completed at least 75% of the Course content.
To request a refund, you must contact us at Support@Silencetinnitusnow.com within 100 days of your original purchase date.
Refunds will not be issued after 100 days for any reason.
Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria below will be declined.

Refunded customers will retain access to the digital Course content only, but not to any support group, community features, or live support sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in the Course.

If, within 100 days of purchase, you have completed at least 75% of the Course and decide you want a refund, you may request:
A full refund of USD $297, and
A $100 Action Bonus as a thank-you for completing the program in good faith.
You will retain access to the Echolight Course (excluding the support group).
To qualify:
You must have completed at least 75% of the Course, verified by our internal tracking system (measured by total video watch time).
Any person from any country is eligible to request and receive the full $297 refund provided they abide by the terms set out on this page.
The refund request must be submitted within 100 days of purchase.

Filing a dispute unnecessarily can create delays, processor penalties, and administrative costs.
If a dispute is filed outside the 100-day guarantee period or instead of using the proper refund process, we reserve the right to withdraw Course access immediately and retain 100% of received funds, regardless of the dispute outcome.
If a dispute is filed within the 100-day window, we will contest it, as a proper refund path already exists under the Action-Based Guarantee.
We strongly encourage open communication before escalation — our goal is always to resolve matters fairly and efficiently.
